I just found out that “basic economy” seats don’t have access to the overhead bin and I’ve already purchased my ticket. I do, the 50 fits fine under the seats. I prefer the aisle seat, which can be more narrow underseat on some airlines, and it fits fine even stuffed to capacity. The 55 is a little too big for carry-on, IMO.
