I typically wear the s/m sport bands rather than the m/l on the tightest setting so this also extends to the Hermès sport band that only comes in m/l for the 42mm. However, the bigger issue is the leather band.
All bands are unfortunately a tad too loose. And as @Brisebelette and @MacDevil7334 pointed out, the only solution is to drop at a Hermès store and ask them to punch an additional hole. I've.
